If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the contact page or email us at support@lazydevs.world. Include Order # and any changes.

Once production has begun, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 15 days to address any quality issues.

Damage/Quality Issues

When emailing, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. Make sure the area is well lit and the item on a flat surface.

Wrong address?

We can change the address up to the time of shipping. If you would like to adjust your shipping address please contact us with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

Where are you located / where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from and shipping out of Texas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere!

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment. If the package is returned for unpaid duties we will email for information on resending plus additional shipping charges.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once the order leaves our warehouse it is now in the hands of the postal service / UPS / FEDEX. You have to contact them for any issues regarding shipping.

How long will it take for my preorder items to ship?

If the item is labeled preorder in the description, it will ship sometime after the preorder ends. We will list the estimated shipping dates on the item. All items in a preorder will ship together.
